This workshop will take place on Saturday 1st July 2017 10.30am to 1.30pm in Maori Road in central Guildford. The price is per person.
This workshop (suitable for adults and accompanied children) introduces participants to melt-and-pour soap-making. Participants will experiment with colour mixing and then the creation of large block soaps with embeds that can be sliced and cut in a variety of ways. Finally, participants will look at the malleable qualities of the soap base and will experiment with cutting out of small guest soaps that have been coloured and fragranced in a variety of ways.
All items produced can then be wrapped and packaged in a professional looking manner and taken home. You will make approximately 6-10 individual soaps.
We will use a top quality, gentle and crystal clear and opaque glycerine soap bases from one of Britain's leading soap base manufacturers based in Yorkshire. There will be a variety of essential oils and fragrance oils to choose from.
